We have over 9 years of manufacturing experience in the FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) pultrusion field since 2003, as Ningbo Hongway Composition & Plastic Co.,Ltd in China.
Our Factory
The factory has moved to Malaysia in 2012 and is now operated by "Deprofile Sdn. Bhd." We are situated nearby Bukit Minyak Industrial Area, Penang.
Manufacturing Capacity
Our manufacturing capacity for pultrution is 30,000 meter long per month consist of 3 no's of pultrusion machines.

FRP, FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC DESCRIPTION
The FRP material is developed and manufactured during the production of the product by joining two components. The material corresponds directly to the product geometry since a finishing and a rework would damage the material fibers and lead to a degradation of the mechanical characteristics of the product.

PULTRUDED GRATINGS
Pultrusion is a continuous process using fiber reinforcements with thermosetting resin matrices. Pre-selected reinforcement materials, such as fibreglass rovings, mat woven fabrics or stitched fabrics are drawn through a resin bath in which all material is thoroughly impregnated with a liquid thermosetting resin. Typical resins include polyesters, vinyl esters and phenolics.
